Registration Information

Payment Deadlines

If the full amount of your early registration fee has not been received on the below mentioned bank account by March 25, 2026, the late registration fee will automatically become effective. Therefore, we strongly encourage participants to pay last-minute registrations via credit card only!

If the full amount of your late registration fee has not been received on the below mentioned bank account by May 7, 2026, the on-site registration fee will automatically become effective. Therefore, we strongly recommend paying last-minute registrations via credit card only!

Payment of Registration Fee

Registration fees must be paid in Euro (€). The payment can be done:

Please do not forget to indicate your name and order number! A confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to you as soon as we received the full payment.

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant. Open amounts must be settled before receiving a congress name badge.

Late Payment

Late payments may not be credited on the congress account when the congress starts. To prevent double payment, please bring with you a copy of your receipt/bank statement to the Registration Desk.

Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.

On-site Payment

On-site registration is only possible via credit card payment. Cash will not be accepted.

Name Badges

The badges for the ICNC2026 will only be available on-site between May 17, 2026, and May 19, 2026. The badges must be collected in person.

A confirmation e-mail including will be issued upon successful completion of registration. Please bring a valid photo ID, the name badge can be collected on-site in the Registration Area.

Lost / Forgotten Name Badges

Please note that name badges are considered official documents (comparable to a flight ticket, a theatre ticket etc.) and cannot be transferred. If you lose or forget your badge, you will have to purchase a new badge at the full price from the Registration Desk.

Name Changes

Name changes are accepted as long as the name and e-mail address of the substitute are promptly communicated to the EANM Office (registration@eanm.org) by March 25, 2026. Kindly include the substitute’s name and e-mail address in the same correspondence as the notification of cancellation.

Wrong Registration Type

If an overpayment occurs because you selected an incorrect registration type, please be aware that refunds will not be possible.

Should you register under a registration type that incurs a lower fee due to choosing an incorrect category, we will automatically update your registration to the appropriate category, and the corresponding higher fee will apply.

Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the EANM Office at registration@eanm.org.

If you cancel your registration by March 25, 2026, you will be eligible for a refund minus a €100 administrative fee, which will be processed after the end of the congress.

Cancellations made after March 25, 2026, will incur a 100% cancellation fee and thus will not be eligible for any refund.

Payment of Cancellation / Administrative Fee

With your registration, you authorise the organiser to charge any occurring registration cancellation/administrative fees (under the terms and conditions explained in this registration process) to your given credit card.

Liability

Should any technical reasons beyond the control of the organisers make any change necessary, the EANM will not be held responsible.

Additionally, the EANM is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property, regardless of the cause. While the providers of transportation and other services retain their own liability, participants choose to engage in any tours or trips at their own risk.

Please note that only written agreements are considered legally binding. The sole congress venue is Barcelona. By completing your registration, you authorise the organiser to process all the information provided in the registration form for managing the congress and for necessary communications with related service providers. Since the EANM Executive Office is based in Austria, all matters will be governed by Austrian law, and any legal proceedings will take place in Vienna.
